Bring the rain

"Bring the rain" is a slang phrase used by members of the United States military forces in the 2007 Transformers movie, meaning the speaker is ordering a heavy fusillade of artillery fire and/or aerial bombardment to be concentrated on a particular position.
It was used as a metaphor.
