Bullhorn is a human and Decepticon Headmaster Junior from the Masterforce portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Bullhorn is in it for the money. A former hoodlum and criminal who values wealth over all else (even the future of the planet he's living on), he was a perfect candidate for the Decepticon Headmaster Juniors. He's also incredibly ugly by human standards, capable of frightening women away just by looking at them.

Bullhorn is identical to the Hasbro Headmaster Kreb, transforming into a robot head. In "human" mode he fits into a passenger compartment in the back of his transtector's "buffalo" mode. (The transtector is identical to the Hasbro Decepticon Horri-Bull.) In head mode, Bullhorn can attach to any Headmaster body. The transtector's twin-barreled tail-blaster becomes a hand-held weapon in its robot mode.
