Lester "Mighty Rasta" Speight, born January 7, 1971 Santa Barbra, California, is a former American football player who has had subsequent careers as a professional wrestler and then actor. He his most notable for his portryal of Terry Tate: Office Linebacker in a series of Reebok commercials that debuted during the 2003 Super Bowl.
He is most famous for his role as the voice of Augustus "Cole Train" Cole in Gears of War video game series.
