Fox Kids (originally known as Fox Children's Network and later as the Fox Kids Network; stylized as FOX KIDS) was an American children's programming block and branding for a slate of international children's television channels. Originally a joint venture between the Fox Broadcasting Company (Fox) and its affiliated stations, it was later owned by Fox Family Worldwide. Fox Kids did Weekday morning and afternoon and Saturday morning blocks during its run. It ran from September 8, 1990 to September 7, 2002.
During the 1999-2000 and 2000-2001 television seasons in the United States, reruns of the syndicated Beast Wars cartoon was rebroadcast on the Fox network alongside with Beast Machines. Fox Kids also aired Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2001) during its 2001-2002 television season in the United States, which it was Fox Kids' final season in the United States before being replaced by the completely unrelated FoxBox on September 14, 2002.
In conjunction with these reruns, Hasbro released a few waves of redecoed Beast Wars toys with the Fox Kids logo on the packaging; hence, these toys have become known as "Fox Kids redecoes" (or more commonly but less correctly, "Fox Kids repaints") among collectors.
