- Ironhide is a Mini-Con from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy.
Ironhide is one sad, needy Mini-Con. She's lost just about everyone she cared about, from Mini-Con friends to her one-time Autobot partner. When she was captured by the Decepticon Terrorsaur, she gloomily accepted her fate.
But when the chance to free herself from the Decepticon's grip came about, she found herself even more depressed. Maybe it's Stockholm Syndrome, maybe it's just a clinging need for any kind of stability in her life, even the negative kind. But Ironhide actually has begun to want to return to Terrorsaur.

- Ironhide is a redeco of the Armada Adventure Mini-Con Team member Dune Runner, transforming into a "sand rail" dune buggy with top-mounted artillery cannon. The gear-wheel mechanism in its torso makes the barrel of the cannon move back and forth when its vehicle mode is rolled along, or when hooked up to the gear mechanism of the Armada Cyclonus mold. Ironhide was available only as a partner to Terrorsaur.
