Manny is a South American soldier under the command of a man known only as the General.

Manny was assigned to night patrol in the depths of the jungle, along with another soldier. More "by-the-book" than his comrade, Manny tried and failed to discourage him from smoking on the job. Unfortunately for them, the light from the soldier's cigarette revealed their position to the Lazarus-controlled Megatron, who quietly crushed Manny as the other soldier emptied his bladder.
