- Snare is a Decepticon from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Snare is the Predators' surveillance specialist. He has absolutely no fear; he truly doesn't care whether he lives or dies, he just intends to squeeze out every thrill he can while he's still ticking.

During the Predator attack on the Turbomaster base, Snare was almost hit by Autobot fire as Rotorstorm and Stalker faced off.

- Snare (Small Predator, 1992)
- Accessories: Missile launcher, 3 missiles
- Snare transforms in to a Grumman X-29 fighter jet, and is equipped with a missile launcher, usable in both modes. His Megavisor slide shows a robot mode image of Boss, firing his trademark turbo-launcher.
- This toy was also available in Japan as the character Flare Jet. It is identical to Snare.
