Starbase Rugby was a base used by the Maximals. During Depth Charge's hunt for Protoform X, the villainous Transformer destroyed the base. During the pair's final battle near the Nemesis, Rampage recounted that Depth Charge had friends at Starbase Rugby… tasty ones. Nemesis Part 1 Yuck.
