Steven Jay Blum (born in Santa Monica, California, on April 28, 1960) is an American voice actor. Some of his best-known roles include TOM of Toonami fame, Wolverine in nearly all Marvel and X-Men media since the mid-2000s, Vilgax in Ben 10 and Ben 10: Omniverse, Jamie from Megas XLR, Zeb Orrelios in Star Wars Rebels, as well as Duke, Roadblock and Zartan from G.I. Joe: Resolute.
In regard to dubbing anime, he's well known in those circles as well, having been Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop, Roger Smith from The Big O, Jake Martinez from Tiger and Bunny, a large amount of Digimon characters, Leeron from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, and Orochimaru from Naruto.
Clearly, he's a very busy man! Even Peter Cullen has described him as a "Beast" when it comes to voice acting.
On June 5, 2012, he receives a Guinness World Record for being the most prolific video game voice actor, having 261 credited appearances as of May 10, 2012.
He was also the announcer in some 7-Eleven commercials.
