The Superfund currency transportation vehicle, seen briefly carrying Sentinel's "Bridge Pillars", never transformed, but proudly displayed his Decepticon affiliation via insignia. Seeing that no other, non transforming vehicles, were ever seen in the movies with either Autobot or Decepticon insignia points strongly to him being a Transformer.
Toys
Payload-released in the Transformers (2007) movie toyline strongly resembles the Superfund vehicle.
