Talk:Brainstorm!
From Teletraan I: The Transformers Wiki
To whoever changed the title of this page (and presumably several others). I really don't recommend adding exclamation points at the ends of the page titles. Although the title of Marvel US #11 did indeed have such an exclamation point, pretty much all Marvel US titles ended in exclamation points. Also, the Marvel US link page is now all messed up, because those links were not updated to reflect the change in page name. If you want to change the page name, that's one thing, but you have to go back and fix the links to the old page name!--G.B. Blackrock 17:54, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
- That nearly all Marvel US titles had exclamation points doesn't seem like a reason to exclude them. It just means they should have exclamation points where they had them. Wiki allows for exclamation points. What's wrong with them? --ItsWalky 18:03, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
- If we're omittign exclamation points, it causes disambig problems, because stories are often named for characters. (Such as Deathbringer!) -Derik 18:18, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
- Right. I'd much prefer Brainstorm! over Brainstorm (comic issue), because, hell, the first one is the actual title. --ItsWalky 18:22, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

- If you'll check the Marvel US link page, I *did* go back and fix the links. I just haven't gotten around to moving all the pages yet. - RolonBolon 22:45, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
- As long as it's implemented consistently (which as of yesterday, it wasn't, but it definitely looks better now), there's no real problem. I admit that I saw the exclamation points as unneccesary, but if it's better to have them, that's really not the main issue. Keeping the links current is.--G.B. Blackrock 19:05, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
