While I think the links to Ben's site are entirely reasonable.
I have to wonder if it's proper bo to link to the episodes on youtube.
If there are going to be links to episodes, I think it might make the most sense to link to the abbreviated episodes on the hasbro website.--Zodberg 16:50, 24 October 2007 (UTC)

I think it's entirely inappropriate to link to the episode on YouTube. I think that the abbreviated Hasbro.com version would be a good idea, though. - RolonBolon 18:22, 24 October 2007 (UTC)

Profanity[]

I'm ok with 'fuck' or with 'f**k', though I'd like to know what the general wiki concensus is regarding profanity embedded in quotes. I've got a lot of translation notes and more than a few contain some sort of profanity. Jimsorenson 05:11, 5 August 2008 (UTC)

Our own help pages say that "fuck" is right out when it comes to the articles. Mind you, I use profanity like punctuation, but there are points where you ramp it back and draw the line. Within the article itself, we should NOT use it unedited. Talkpages are another matter, as the odds are pretty severely lessened that more casual young readers will find it. "Shit" is... not AS right out, but generally, should be avoided except for use in direct quotes from the fictions. Which... I guess in this case, counts. The idea is to keep the wiki at roughly PG-13. --M Sipher 05:26, 5 August 2008 (UTC)

Yes, I saw that in the help. I wasn't sure if that applied to direct quotes though. Especially with Interrobang reverting my censorship back. Jimsorenson 05:34, 5 August 2008 (UTC)

I think that word's strong enough (in the general vernacular) to warrant an editing, direct quote or no. --M Sipher 05:46, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
