- Is it possible that we could use a more compact version? There is one that is used on Wookieepedia that is much smaller and takes up less space. -- SFH 22:55, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] For the future
Derik is writing notes for himself:
- Less vertical space or secondary attributes for stacking. See "Force"
- Attribution should slide off to the right without pushing out right-quote. See: "Blackarachnia (BW)"'s "Lunatic" quote.
- More compact overall layout? (Poll for consensus, this looks nice for character articles...) optional "compact" style? See: Wookiepedia quote template[link?] (Ask SFH why he wants the change so, if made, it can fully meets the need he feels exists.)
- Floatable quotes? Half-width? Is there a need? (Will require usage screen-size statistics to know what kind of miniumus to test against.)
- "Speech balloon" style quotes? (Multiple styles?) Discuss with Croosh... may be fun to consider [to go with the] new monobook style. (Stacking thereof? Fonts?)
- CSS-based version instead of table-based one. Must play well with floated images.
Note: That last thing (about a CSS-based rewrite) seem like it is important somehow... somethign with tables, divs and floated images... keep it in mind.
