Starscrunch is the long, lost, evil(-er) twin brother of Starscream in the Generation 1 continuity family.

Starcrunch lives only for revenge against his brother (and maybe sometimes Jetfire when he's in the mood).

Back in the day, Starcrunch, his bro, and their geeky buddy were being all scientific on Earth. Suddenly Jetfire fell into some kinda glacier, or was eaten by a woolly mammoth, or something.

Starcrunch and Starscream got in a fight over who would get Jetfire's stero. Being a brilliant tactician (and a sneaky bastard) Starscream ripped the jawbone out of a prehistoric horse, and klocked Starcrunch in the skull (subsequently procuring all patent rights to the "Mutant Head"), and ran off... with Jetfire's stereo.
