origin question

are the transformers artificially made or did they evolve naturally its just that they have guns in there arms and i dont think an alien robot can just be born and shoot missiles and bullets at sam in his back garden and where did the allspark come from and another hthing is if they are so advanced how come ive never seen there technology like a car or there jumbo jet like thing
